Stay Buddie Travel road transfers: service outline and 2026 rates. We offer scheduled and private road transfers throughout Zimbabwe, with an initial focus on Victoria Falls, Livingstone, Kasane and Hwange. Road transfers are available from 1 February 2026 for guests visiting Zimbabwe.
Important notes
- Local transfers within Victoria Falls connecting to regional international flights are collected 2.3 hours before the flight departure time.
- Local transfers within Victoria Falls connecting to local flights are collected 1.5 hours before the flight departure time.
- Due to time constraints, guests arriving on delayed or late afternoon flights are recommended to overnight in Victoria Falls before continuing to Hwange or Kasane. This avoids driving or arriving at destinations at night.
- Agents are responsible for making sure clients have valid passports, visas or travel permits, travel insurance and any other documents required while travelling.
- All road transfers include bottled water for guests.
- Stay Buddie has no control over sudden fuel and levy increases, so all rates are subject to change without notice. Confirmed bookings made before an increase are honoured at the same rates.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellations made 24 hours before the date of travel incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation within 60 days before the date of travel incurs a 50% fee of the total cost.
- Cancellation within 45 to 30 days before the date of travel incurs a 75% fee of the total cost.
Children and groups
- Children aged 3 to 12 years receive a 50% discount on all rates.
- Children under 3 years travel free of charge.
